The Treasury on the Plaza sits right in the heart of downtown St. Augustine, and it's one of the most cinematic ceremony backdrops I get to work with — soaring columns, warm stone, and that unmistakable old-Florida grandeur. Because it's a historic bank building turned event space, the interior light is dramatic without needing much help: tall windows throw long shafts of afternoon sun across the aisle, and the marble surfaces bounce just enough light to keep faces lit even toward the back of the room.

I like to get there early to walk the room and figure out the best sightlines before guests arrive — a balcony-level angle gives a gorgeous wide shot of the full ceremony, while getting close on the floor catches the small reactions you'd otherwise miss. Multiple 4K cameras mean both angles get held at once, so nothing gets sacrificed for the other.
